SUPPORT US

The Palouse to Cascades Trail Coalition supports grants for trail improvements, works with WA State Parks to help prioritize and execute trail projects, funds informational presentations and displays, lobbys with legislators on behalf of the trail, and maintains maps, kiosks, this website, and other educational material beneficial to trail users. Our efforts have made a difference, and your support helps!

In July, 2016, Palouse to Cascades Trail Coalition pledged $2000 in matching funds, $1000 per grant, toward two RCO Grant requests: one for the Renslow Trestle repair, and the other for development of the trail between Malden and Rosalia. This elevated the standing of these grants for consideration, and with passage of the 2017-2019 State Budget, the spectacular Renslow Trestle over I-90 east of Kittitas received funding for renovation!

PTCT Coalition presents State Parks with $1000 toward Renslow Trestle development. Brian Patnode (State Parks Eastern Region Planner), Marilyn Hedges (PTCT Coalition Chair), Scott Griffith (State Parks Eastern Region Manager), Fred Wert (PTCT Coalition Treasurer)

PTCT Coalition is also a leader in the effort to renovate the Beverly Bridge.
